PICOPUBLISH ApS is the data controller for the processing of your personal data.
When you visit our website and consent to cookies, we collect information about your use of the site. This may include IP address, browser type, device, geographic location, and behavior on the site.

If you sign up for our newsletter, we process your name and email address in order to send you relevant knowledge, news, and information about our services.

We retain documentation of your consent for up to 2 years after it was last used.
If you contact us via a contact form, email, or telephone, we process the personal data you provide in order to respond to your enquiry.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in communicating with you and responding to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(f)). We consider this processing to be necessary and not in violation of your rights.
When you are a customer, we process contact, agreement, and billing information in order to fulfil our agreement and keep accounts.

performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b))
legal obligation, including the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Article 6(1)(c))
Data is generally retained for up to 5 years after the end of the customer relationship.
We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.
We use external suppliers (data processors) who assist us with operations, communication, and marketing, such as:
hosting and cloud services
email and newsletters
web analytics and marketing tools
Some of these suppliers are located outside the EU/EEA, including in the USA. Transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and with relevant supplementary security measures.
As a general rule, we act as data controller for the personal data we process in connection with our website and marketing. In certain client collaborations, we may act as a data processor, which in such cases is governed by a data processing agreement.
We only retain personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for as long as we are required to do so by law.
